MAUGHAN, Justice: This is an action in certiorari to review the proceedings and order of the Tax Commission of the State of Utah. Petitioner made application to the Salt Lake County Board of Equalization for an exemption from an ad valorem property tax levied for the year 1973, against its property located at 139 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah. This application was denied by said Board, whereupon petitioner appealed to the Tax Commission for the State of Utah, and after a formal hearing there the Tax Commission sustained the decision of the Salt Lake County Board of Equalization. It is from this latter decision that petitioner appeals to this court and asks that the Tax Commission be overruled, or in the alternative that a partial tax exemption be granted.
